Description
Collusion, fraud, fraud must be proved on a higher degree of probability, he who alleges carries, burden to prove, Certificate of Title, conclusive proof, ownership of land in Tanzania, matrimonial properties, a continuing provision for them and their children during their joint lives, registration card, motor vehicle, section 15 of the Tanzania Road Traffic Act.
