- Application for extension of time to file an application for stay of execution – court has discretion to grant or refuse that application – the discretion must be exercised judicially and abide by the rules of reason and justice.
- An application for stay of execution of decision of the High Court must be lodged within 60 days from the date of lodging the notice of appeal.
- Delay by the Court in supplying a copy of judgment is good cause for delay in filing application for stay of execution.
