- Repossession of vehicles leased to the plaintiff upon breach of contract by the plaintiff (pages 8 – 9).
- Typing error – witness statement showed that the total claim is a sum of TShs. 101,657,444.25 while in all other pleadings and documents the amount claimed is indicated as TShs. 1,755,594,027.56 – it was held that the discrepancy was a typing error and so it was ignored (p. 9).
