Stay of execution – Court of Appeal Rules – fourteen days – G.N. No. 362 of 2017.
An application of stay of execution shall be made within 14 days from the date the appellant is made aware of existence of an application or execution, not from the date when an order or ruling on the application for stay is delivered – Rule 11(4) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 as amended by G.N. No. 362 of 2017.
